Welcome to Babysitting4u, a professional babysitting service serving the Gold Coast, Tweed Coast, and Coomera areas. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Services We provide professional babysitting services to families in need of childcare. Our services are provided by experienced and qualified babysitters who have undergone a thorough screening process. We strive to provide the best possible care for your children in a safe and secure environment.

  2. Bookings Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all bookings, and we cannot guarantee availability for last-minute bookings. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

  3. Payment Payment is due at the time of booking, and we accept payment by credit card or bank transfer. A 50% deposit is required for all bookings over four hours in duration. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued as follows:

  • Cancellation with more than 24 hours notice: full refund
  • Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund
  • No-show: no refund

  1. Liability We take the safety and well-being of your children very seriously, and we make every effort to provide a safe and secure environment. However, we cannot accept liability for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs while your child is under our care. We strongly recommend that you carry appropriate insurance to cover any such incidents.

  2. Privacy We take your privacy very seriously, and we will only collect and use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. We will never share your information with third parties without your consent.

  3. Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
